We begin with a scheduled consultation time (virtual or in person) where we discuss your current symptoms and menstrual cycle history. From there, we create a steaming plan just for you! This entails when to steam and which herbs are best for you.
My sessions are unique. Aside from the herbs in your steam, I may also make lifestyle recommendations to help you along your way and I even offer other practices before and after your steam session. These can include womb meditation with the use of essential oils, guided or free form movement, space for journaling, and time for sharing. All of these practices are designed to enhance your vaginal steam experience for deeper healing.
Vaginal steaming sessions can be done in the comforts of your home once you’ve learned how to perform it, have all the herbs and supplies and protocol, or you are welcome to have them at my offices in Santa Monica.
